Scentoria offers hand-crafted candles and home fragrance products. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

• Products are made in small batches and may have slight variations
• Product availability is subject to stock levels
• We reserve the right to limit quantities on any product

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed through WhatsApp. By placing an order, you:

• Confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
• Authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount for your order
• Agree to pay all applicable taxes and delivery fees

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Morocco. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Scentoria is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your candles. If you're not satisfied:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products
• Products must be unused and in original packaging for returns
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the return

7. Product Safety

Our candles are designed for safe use when following proper burning instructions:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets
• Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use
• Burn on a heat-resistant surface

Scentoria is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
